I quickly settled down and set about to build the family home in the ‘Bush’ on the outskirts of Perth, after a number of years working in the building industry, feeling not satisfied with what I was doing, (I had drawn all of my life mainly sketching and normal anything that was in front of me, normally my hand and on anything), this led me to pursue this further and upon entering the Fremantle school of arts one day I decided to see if there was any drawing courses available, that’s were I met Larry Mitchell (www.larrymitchellart.com) I signed up For ‘Drawing 101’ from then on my life changed.

Where I live in the “bush” on the outskirts of Perth, Western Australia. Is a self-imposed isolation, which allows me to be on the fringe of the “art world” with just enough distance to keep my head clear and to concentrate on my art with very little distractions.

I work in a variety of genres, which works for me; it allows me to constantly change and mentally flex and to allow new thought processes to occur.
